- Due to the fact that soundcard currently has not supported echo canceller feature, so customer should not use speaker and microphone separately when trying demo because it causes echo effect ( the sound will be sreaming and uncomfortable). If customer doesn’t have dedicated Speakerphone, headphone is highly recommended.

- Setting up video resolution: to set up video resolution accordingly with speed of transmission line, we recommended the following:

+ With low ADSL connection packet or 3G: 320x240 (CIF)

+ With ADSL connection package 3M/640 or higher: 640x480 (VGA)

+ With FTTH optical connection: 960x800 to Full HD.

(When participating a video conference, please note that all working stations on the LAN at each end- point will not be allowed to use Internet for purpose of watching movies online or download / upload data).

- We only install demo application on customer's own server who have their own network (WAN / MAN / MAN-E) to test the compatibility of their own network infrastructure. Server installed only support a maximum of 5 end-points and 20 days trial period.

- If customer wants to experience the perfect service quality under the conditions of a general meeting room model, we are willing to lend dedicated equipments (webcam and microphone). But customer has to deposit an amount of cash equivalent to the value of a new equipment. We will refund the deposit to customer after receipt of the equipment in the intact condition as it was before. Deposit policy will not be applied to customers from Hai Phong, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. Time for lending equipment is not exceeding 01 day. Total equipments are not exceeding 02. If customer wants to demo with more than 2 end-points with dedicated equipments, it must equip itself the excess.
