1 - Video/Audio mode:
Unlimit number of end- points, however displaying of only chairman and the end- point with permission to speak is recommended. Videos and voices to be transmitted to every end- point in real time.
2 - Representation of Documents and Reports:
Supported with file format and representation modes such as Power Point, Word, Excell, Image, full-screen, page upturn, notes. When document is opened, it can be seen by every viewer at the same time.
3 - Sharing information on white board:
Functioning as a writting table, when chairman or delegate writes or draws on the white board, all information in it will be displayed to every end- point. The software is intergrated with tools for writing, drawing, erasing…
4 - Sharing information from web site:
Supported with information sharing when the chairman clicks in the link on website.
5 - Sharing file:
Space supported so that delegate can upload files for others to download. Users can send private file to specified recipient.
6- CHAT:
Supported with public chat or private chat on the conference.
7- Recorder:
Supported with recorder feature ( recording the sound and video of the conference) and save it in to formart .Avi file.
8- Other features:
Nam Viet Telecom is willing to provide additional features on customer’s demand such as: sharing desktop and video clip, openning multiple video windows simultaneously… However, more cost will be required due to what kind of demand.
